Who is this course for?

This course is for every dancer regardless of age, level, body type, or dance style. Whether you’re just starting out, training competitively, dancing professionally, or returning to dance after time away, The Pain-Free Dancer Blueprint is designed to meet you where you are. If you’ve ever dealt with recurring pain, felt unsure how to train outside of class, or wanted to become stronger without losing your mobility or artistry, this course was built for you. No matter your background, every dancer deserves the tools to move with confidence, control, and longevity.

What equipment do I need for the workouts?

You’ll need access to basic equipment like resistance bands, light weights, and a bench (which can be replaced with a chair, couch, ottoman, box or step. Gym access is optional and can be helpful for some exercises but not required!

How long will the course take to complete?

The course is designed to be completed over at least 3 months, with progressive workouts that align with each phase, but you can take as long as you feel your body needs to get the results you are looking to achieve! Allow your body the time it needs to grow!

Can I access the course if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes! The course is fully online and accessible worldwide through my app.
